What are the Archives' research fee?
The Tiffany & Co. Archives provides research services to client interested in historical information pertaining to Tiffany & Co.'s designs and operations. Below is information on user categories and corresponding fee schedules, the latter being subject to change without notice. All requests must be submitted in writing, with appropriate payment, to:

The Archives can also be reached by fax at 973 254 7205 and/or the public access telephone line, 973 254 7201. Please enclose a clear photocopy or photograph of the object, any information stamped or engraved on the item and any additional information such as former owners. Tiffany & Co. also reserves the right to refuse or restrict Archives access to any person or company.
FEE SCHEDULE:
General Public, collectors, and dealers: USD$500 per object or set. The fee includes photocopying charges, but does not include photograph reproductions. A non-refundable fee of USD$100 will be charged for processing all research requests. Scholarly researchers: No fee. Researchers include graduate students, museum or academic professionals, journalists and authors engaged in research for a book or an article. In a letter, please state the goal of your research. Also include a letter from your advisor, publisher, department chairperson or executive director. Costs for photocopying or photographs are not included. All research requests must be reviewed and approved by the Archives Committee; scholars will be notified of the Committee's decision within 60 days.
