Mother's Day Shipping & Delivery Information
Place your order by May 7 at 12PM EDT for complimentary delivery of your Tiffany Blue Box in time for Mother's Day.
Orders including personalization: place your order with personalization by May 4th at 5:30PM EDT for complimentary delivery in time for Mother's Day.
Currently, we are only able to accept online orders to shipping addresses within Canada. To inquire about shipments to addresses outside of Canada, please get in touch with Client Care at 800 843 3269.

What products are eligible for returns?
Products are accepted for credit or exchange in Canada within 30 days of purchase. Our 30 day return policy for purchases made between November 1st and December 15th , 2024 is extended to January 15th, 2025.
All merchandise must be in perfect saleable condition, with the sales receipt. Exclusions apply, please note:

For online/phone purchases: Credit or charge card purchases will receive a credit to the original cardholder’s account on which the purchase was made. If a credit or charge card has been used to make this purchase, the terms and conditions in the agreement between the cardholder and the issuer of that credit card shall also apply. Gift recipients are only entitled to an exchange or non-refundable merchandise credit redeemable only on www.tiffany.ca or at Tiffany & Co. Canada locations, or through our client advisors.
For in-store purchases: Refunds will be made to the original form of payment. Refunds will be provided only for purchases by cash or check to the original purchaser; credit or charge card purchases will receive a credit to the original cardholder’s account on which the purchase was made. If a credit or charge card has been used to make this purchase, the terms and conditions in the agreement between the cardholder and the issue of that credit card shall also apply. Refunds for purchases by check will be issued by company mail check upon presentation of the sales receipt and only if the funds have been received by Tiffany & Co. Cash purchases over $200 will be refunded by mail check. Gift recipients are entitled to an exchange or non-refundable merchandise credit redeemable only at Tiffany & Co. Canada locations, on www.tiffany.ca, or through our digital client advisors. Client’s failure to properly declare the merchandise and/or pay appropriate taxes and duties in any jurisdiction outside of Canada may prevent Tiffany & Co. from providing after-sales service on such merchandise.
