How will my order be shipped?

We have taken precautions in our warehouses in line with local health authority and government guidelines to protect our clients and employees. As a result, you may experience delays in the processing and shipping of your order. Currently, next day delivery and express shipping are not available. Please note, at this time product availability may be limited.

 

Complimentary shipping on all orders. All orders will be shipped via FedEx. Please allow 4-5 business days to receive your order. Items ordered together may not always ship together. Items on special order may take longer. You may verify the status of your order and shipment by contacting Client Care at 800 843 3269.

Engraving Schedule: Please allow an additional 2-3 days for delivery of standard engraved items and an additional 4-5 days for delivery of monogrammed and hand-engraved items. Items on special order may take longer.

 

Currently we are only able to accept online orders to shipping addresses within Canada. To inquire about shipments to addresses outside of Canada, please contact Client Care at 800 843 3269.
