How can I get an item repaired?

We repair items made by Tiffany & Co. You may either bring your item or send in your item to the Tiffany store nearest you. If you choose to send your item via mail, please follow the instructions listed below:

1. Download our Repair Form.
2. Print form and complete all information.
3. Enclose form with item to be repaired.
4. Send item and form, via an insured shipping method, to the store nearest you. For a list of our store locations click here.
