How Has COVID-19 Impacted Care and Repair Services?

Our open stores are accepting items for in-store cleaning and repair to send to our Service Center. Book online or call your local store to make an appointment. Appointments can be made by contacting your nearest store and up to five items can be submitted per appointment. You may also send repairs directly to our Service Center by following the instructions listed here. For more information, please call client service at the Tiffany Service Center at 800 464 5000, where representatives are available from 10:00AM–6:00PM EST Monday–Friday.
