How Is Tiffany & Co. Ensuring Products Touched, Tried On or Returned by Clients Are Safe?

Tiffany & Co. is taking extra measures to ensure the cleanliness of both our products and client-owned merchandise by following strict cleaning guidelines after every showing and when taking in merchandise.

For items that can be cleaned, associates are mandated to sanitize their hands before and after handling merchandise. After merchandise has been touched, items will then be cleaned with alcohol wipes, alcohol spray or soap and water.

Some merchandise cannot be cleaned thoroughly and therefore cannot be shown outside its clear bag. To determine length and size, we suggest trying on similar pieces.
