Safety Measures in Store

We continue to follow guidance from regulatory authorities to ensure the safety of our teams, clients and communities. To ensure the well-being of our clients and store teams, open Tiffany & Co. stores are closely following safety measures, including:

  • Limiting the number of people in store at one time

  • Use of hand sanitizer dispensers
  • Amended operating hours


CurbsideF Pick-up

Some Tiffany stores are offering curbside pick-up. Local clients can place an order with their Tiffany store via phone. Our store teams will confirm product availability, process payment and provide confirmation once items are ready for contactless pick-up.


Cleaning and Repairs

Our open stores are accepting items for in-store cleaning and repair to send to our Service Center. Appointments can be made by contacting your nearest store and up to five items can be submitted per appointment. For additional information regarding in-store repair services, please contact your local store. If you do not live near a store, you can send repairs directly to a store using this form.
